Does it need to be plugged into the wall?
No. The robe runs on a USB-C power bank that sits in the pocket, so you can move around freely. Any 20W (or higher) USB-C power bank works. You can add one to your order if you do not have one yet.
What size should I order?
There is only one size. The robe is cut long and roomy on purpose, so it fits over your clothes and covers you from hood to feet.
How many heat settings are there?
The robe has 3 heat levels, so you can choose between gentle warmth and a toastier setting with the controller.
How long does the heat last?
That depends on the capacity of your power bank and the heat level you choose. Lower settings use less power and last longer. When the power bank runs low, recharge it or swap in another one.
Is it safe to wear?
The robe is powered by low-voltage USB power, the same kind that charges a phone. As with any heated clothing, do not sleep in it overnight, and always disconnect the power bank before washing.
How do I wash it?
Remove the power bank and the controller first. Then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang it up to air dry. Do not tumble dry or wring it out.
Is it a good gift?
Yes. Because there is only one size, you never have to guess what fits. It is an easy gift for anyone who is always cold.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-12 business days after that. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your robe arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will sort it out for you.
